Each Project Manager, Superintendent, and Foreman is responsible for the safety of those in their charge and for safe conditions on the work-site. Each employee is expected, and will be required to cooperate fully in helping to protect himself, co-workers, and members of the public by identifying and eliminating unsafe conditions or unsafe acts. All employees are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the company's safety rules, and to participate in all accident prevention measures.

Corporate management, in conjunction with the Vollers Safety Committee, is dedicated to a goal of providing a safe work place that is accident-free.
